Please read these terms carefully before booking with SLN Holidays.
Bookings & payments
A booking is confirmed once the required advance is received. Balance payments are due as per the schedule shared with your itinerary. Prices are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation charges depend on the package and how close to departure you cancel. Applicable charges from airlines, hotels and vendors are non-refundable and will be deducted.
Itinerary changes
Itineraries may change due to weather, availability or circumstances beyond our control. We will always offer the closest possible alternative.
Travel documents
Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas and any required permits. We assist with information and documentation but do not guarantee visa approvals.
Liability
SLN Holidays acts as a facilitator between travellers and service providers and is not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by third parties or force majeure events.
Governing law
